Job summary

ESB Networks in Dublin is seeking a Contracts Management professional to coordinate procurement activities and manage end-to-end framework operations for a large programme. The role delivers strong customer service to Networks Telecoms customers and supports multiple units nationwide.

You will handle reporting, compliance with guidelines, and contribute to contract management and project delivery while adapting to changing priorities in a smart-working hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in contracts management, procurement or similar environment.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activity.
• Oversee day-to-day framework operations and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to Networks Telecoms customers.
• Support nationally across units and share knowledge with the team.
• Produce KPI reporting and performance reviews.
• Assist contract owners, project management and delivery teams.
