Job summary

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) in Ireland seeks a proactive NCD Services Hub team member to support administrative, purchasing and framework activities for the Networks Delivery Organisation. You will manage POs, supplier payments and performance reporting while engaging stakeholders nationally in a hybrid work model.

This role offers IT and stakeholder management exposure, financial awareness, and a path to grow within ESB Networks.

Qualifications

3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
Full, clean EU Driving Licence and access to a car.
Minimum of two years relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and MS Teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Strong teamwork skills.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Experience with SAP SRM would be advantageous.
Advanced Excel skills would be advantageous.
Knowledge of SQL and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Processing of work requests from delivery organisation ensuring SLA compliance.
Creating contractor/supplier purchase orders and monitoring PO status.
Processing goods receipts for payment to contractors/vendors.
Issuing work instructions/POs to Contractors.
Ensuring governance and Procurement guidelines are followed.
Producing monthly reports in Excel with data automation.
Interacting with stakeholders across business functions to ensure contracts and rates are correct.
