Actavo Group in Ireland is hiring for a hands-on field technician role focused on installing telecom cable and equipment. You will gain training, work as part of a team, and deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to job completion.

You must have a full manual driving licence, enjoy using hand and power tools, and be KPI-driven with strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Installing telecommunication cable and equipment as per training.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial phone call to job completion.
• Using field apps to report back on activity and works completed.
• Upskill and attending various training courses.
• Take due care to prevent loss or damage when working on a customer’s property.
• Timely accident reporting.
• Track faults using devices and tools provided.
• Using power tools and ladders safely.
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance always.
• Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures.
