Job summary

Actavo Group in Ireland is seeking installation and service technicians for Sky satellite systems across multiple regions. You will deliver on-site installations, ensure quality service and meet KPI targets while upholding safety standards.

The role offers a structured training program, a company vehicle with a fuel card, and a package including a monthly bonus, daily subsistence during training, and opportunities to upsell Sky subscriptions. A full clean driving licence is required.

Qualifications

A full, clean driver’s licence is required.
IT skills, technical/installations minded.
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be target driven to deliver on KPI’s.
Determined and committed to high quality standards.
Exceptional customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and supervise team members if applicable.
Install and service satellite products to Client standards.
Work to achieve KPI targets set by Client and Actavo.
Deliver a first-class customer experience.
Positively promote the brand through on-site performance.
Coordinate with Team Manager on on-site safety and issues.
