Job summary

Actavo is seeking a field technician in Dublin to install telecommunication cable and equipment following training. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial call through job completion, reporting progress with field apps and attending ongoing training.

The role requires a manual driver’s license, experience with hand and power tools, and strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Full manual driver’s license required.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Excellent communication skills required.
Time management and problem-solving skills needed.

Responsibilities

Install telecommunications cable and equipment as trained.
Deliver an excellent customer experience from first call to job completion.
Use field apps to report activity and works completed.
Upskill and attend training courses.
Take care to prevent loss or damage on customer properties.
Timely accident reporting and safety compliance.
Track faults using provided devices and tools.
Use power tools and ladders safely.
Maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
Adhere to Health and Safety procedures.
