Job summary

Actavo is seeking field operatives in Ireland to install telecommunication cable and equipment. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences from first call to job completion and use field apps to report progress and outcomes.

Training will be provided, and you will upskill through ongoing courses. Expect a KPI-driven role with flexible hours and safety-focused practices in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• A full manual driver’s license is required.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• KPI focused and willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Installing telecommunication cable and equipment as per training.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial phone call to job completion.
• Using field apps to report back on activity and works completed.
• Upskill and attend various training courses.
• Take due care to prevent loss or damage when working on a customer’s property.
• Timely accident reporting.
• Track faults using devices and tools provided.
• Using power tools and ladders safely.
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance always.
• Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures.
