Achuman Capital is supporting a top-tier international law firm in Dublin in their search for an Associate to join the Technology team. The successful candidate will advise major domestic and international organisations and global technology companies on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance matters.

You will handle GDPR, data transfers, data processing, and cybersecurity incidents, and support M&A from a privacy perspective.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in commercial or technology law.

• Support M&A and other corporate transactions from a privacy and cybersecurity perspective.

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial & Technology team, advising major domestic and international organisations, global technology companies and high-growth businesses across a broad range of sectors. The team advises on complex privacy, cybersecurity, digital regulation and AI governance matters, supporting clients with both day-to-day compliance and high-profile regulatory and commercial issues.

The role involves advising on GDPR, data subject rights, international data transfers, data processing and sharing arrangements, and cybersecurity incidents and data breaches. The successful candidate will also support M&A and other corporate transactions from a privacy and cybersecurity perspective, advise on regulatory investigations and emerging frameworks.
