Job summary

Achuman Capital is supporting a top-tier international law firm in Dublin in their search for an Associate to join the Technology team. The successful candidate will advise major domestic and international organisations and global technology companies on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance matters.

You will handle GDPR, data transfers, data processing, and cybersecurity incidents, and support M&A from a privacy perspective.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in commercial or technology law.
• Excellent academics.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Advise on GDPR, data subject rights, international data transfers, data processing and sharing arrangements, and cybersecurity incidents and data breaches.
• Support M&A and other corporate transactions from a privacy and cybersecurity perspective.
• Advise on regulatory investigations and emerging frameworks.
