Job summary

Hunter Savage in Dublin is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join the Litigation & Regulation team. You will advise on a broad range of commercial litigation, insolvency, restructuring and regulatory matters, gaining exposure to complex disputes and advisory work, including data protection, cybersecurity and AI regulation.

The role offers a hybrid working model with excellent progression opportunities through mentoring and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' PQE gained within a top or mid-tier law firm or relevant in-house environment.
• Experience in litigation, insolvency, restructuring or regulatory matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to manage a varied and complex workload.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Advising insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, corporates, creditors, directors and shareholders on contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
• Advising secured creditors in relation to enforcement and recovery options.
• Working on receiverships, liquidations, examinerships and restructuring matters.
• Managing commercial litigation matters across all court levels, with a focus on the superior courts.
• Drafting pleadings, legal documentation and correspondence.
• Liaising with counsel and managing case files through to conclusion.
• Advising clients on regulatory matters, data protection disputes and cybersecurity issues.
• Supporting clients on AI governance, compliance and emerging technology regulation.
• Advising clients on ADR options including mediation and arbitration.
