You will advise clients on a broad range of commercial technology matters, supporting businesses across sectors including technology, life sciences, financial services, telecommunications and media.

The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, with a strong focus on helping clients navigate the legal aspects of innovation, digitalisation and emerging technologies. You will work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm on significant domestic and international mandates.

We are keen to speak with lawyers who:

• Have between approximately 2-7 years’ PQE (applications outside this range will also be considered).
• Have experience in commercial technology, IP, data protection or broader commercial contracts.
• Enjoy working directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
• Are commercially minded and solutions-focused.
• Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Have strong communication and drafting skills.
