Job summary

ESB Networks invites applications for a Technology Operations Lead to manage the OSS team responsible for critical OT platforms such as NMS and SCADA. You will lead a multidisciplinary group, ensure security, reliability and continuous improvement, and collaborate with IT, OT, vendors and business stakeholders across the network.

The role prioritises operational excellence, governance, and risk management, with hybrid working at ESB Networks in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' post-graduate experience in relevant discipline.
• Experience supporting mission-critical OT/IT systems with high availability.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in complex IT/OT environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Operations team supporting critical OT systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across IT/OT disciplines.
• Oversee service delivery, incident and problem management.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
