ESB Networks is seeking an experienced Senior IT/OT Systems & Integration Engineer to support, maintain and enhance critical OT platforms such as NMS, SCADA and related applications. You will drive data exchange, system health, and interfaces with ESB and third-party systems.

The role emphasizes knowledge sharing, documentation, and mentoring while supporting ongoing OT transformations across Ireland's electricity network.

Formación

• 8+ years in IT/OT or related engineering roles.
• Experience with mission-critical OT systems (SCADA, NMS) and integrations.
• Strong Unix/Linux, SQL, Python capability and scripting.
• Ability to design and maintain system integrations and interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance OT systems (NMS, SCADA) for reliability and performance.
• Develop and support custom interfaces between OT systems and ESB/third parties.
• Lead data management, housekeeping, and environment refresh activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement changes.
• Create documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Mentor junior staff and foster capability development.
