Electricity Supply Board (ESB Networks) is seeking a Technology Operations Lead to oversee the Operations Systems Support team, driving technical leadership across OT platforms including NMS and SCADA. You will ensure availability, resilience, security, and continuous improvement in a critical national infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' post-graduate experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting and managing mission-critical OT/IT systems with high availability and real-time requirements.
• Proven leadership of technical teams in complex IT/OT environments.
• Experience managing 24/7 operational support models and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Operations team supporting critical OT systems (NMS, SCADA, OT infra).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across IT/OT disciplines.
• Oversee lifecycle management, security, and resilience of OT platforms.
• Drive service management, risk, change control and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate data management, reporting, and project delivery with vendors and application teams.
