Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technical delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance forums for delivery teams and manage release trains.
• Oversee partner performance, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Draft and negotiate partner contracts with procurement and legal teams.
• Coordinate engineering, QA and operations for escalation and delivery.
• Drive delivery excellence and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
