Teleperformance in Dublin seeks a Senior IT Lead & Client Success Manager to direct IT operations across two Dublin sites. You will bridge technology and business, leading a 3–5 person IT team, and aligning IT delivery with client success and growth objectives.

With 8+ years in enterprise IT and strong budgets & governance experience, you will influence senior stakeholders and manage strategic technology initiatives to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
• 5+ years leading IT teams in BPO, Managed Services, or large enterprise environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing operational budgets.

Responsibilities

• Represent IT on the Dublin Leadership Team and shape regional technology initiatives.
• Own regional IT operating and capital budgets and drive ROI and efficiencies.
• Build relationships with clients, TAMs, and senior stakeholders to position IT as a trusted partner.
• Lead IT service delivery across Dublin sites, ensuring SLA/OLA targets are met.
• Produce QBRs with reporting on performance, infrastructure health, risks, and improvements.
• Lead governance around change management, security, GDPR, and BC/DR.
