Job summary

EXADS is seeking a hands-on Technical Success Manager to bridge cutting-edge ad-tech platform capabilities with client success. You’ll investigate technical issues, manage SLAs, and collaborate with engineering to resolve data and RTB problems, often in a fast-paced startup setting.

You’ll own complex diagnostics, document processes, mentor teammates, and help scale our client onboarding, platform deployments and feature adoption across a diverse international client base.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with data and web technologies; comfortable querying data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive learning.
• Experience communicating with clients and developers.
• Ability to work across Jira, HubSpot, Slack and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Own, investigate and solve technical problems independently, with minimal guidance.
• Investigate data discrepancies, including RTB reporting and impressions.
• Be the go-to technical contact for clients and teammates.
• Maintain internal process documentation and provide product feedback.
• Support sales in winning new business and manage SLAs.
• Lead client calls and keep stakeholders informed on resolutions.
• Assist in deploying new client platforms and features.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
