Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large‑scale web platform engineering or software development.
• Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Experience with AI technologies and generative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, architecture, and delivery model for web platform.
• Lead migration to Adobe Experience Manager and integrate Adobe capabilities.
• Establish engineering practices for Agile delivery and technical governance.
• Manage distributed engineering teams and contractor partners.
• Pilot AI capabilities to enhance customer experiences.
