Job summary

xAI in Dublin is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist for the Ad Technical Solutions team. You will bridge advertisers, sales and engineering, delivering high‑quality technical support to unlock revenue and improve campaigns.

The role requires 4+ years in technical support or ad operations, with strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BigQuery) and experience in ad tracking tools. Excellent communication is essential. You will work 5 days per week from our Dublin office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, ad operations, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Terminal and BigQuery.
• Experience with ad tracking tools and website pixel/conversion tracking.
• Background in advertising technology (AdTech) or social media ecosystem.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sales and Product teams.
• Able to manage multiple high-priority projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate tech concepts.
• Ability to work 5 days per week from our Dublin office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Ad Technical Solutions team is the primary technical support contact for xAI’s advertisers and the global sales organisation. We deliver high-quality technical expertise to help advertisers succeed with X Ads and Analytics, while providing critical operational support to the X Ads Engineering teams and our Sales teams.

As the xAI Ads business continues to scale rapidly, we are looking for exceptional technical problem‑solvers to join our team in Dublin. You will play a key role in unblocking revenue, improving processes, and enabling both our sales teams and advertisers to drive sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be a critical bridge between advertisers, sales, and engineering. Your work directly contributes to revenue growth and product improvement.

• Deliver prompt, clear, and high‑quality technical support to advertisers and internal sales stakeholders via our internal systems
• Troubleshoot complex ad setup, tracking, and performance issues across the full suite of X Ads products
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues and drive cross‑functional initiatives
• Identify recurring issues and proactively propose solutions, new tooling, improved processes, and automation opportunities
• Create clear, helpful documentation, FAQs, and support content to scale the team’s impact
• Monitor support metrics, campaign performance data, and trends to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and advertiser experience
• Manage multiple initiatives and projects effectively, delivering measurable results against tight deadlines
• Relay technical campaign insights and performance data to Sales partners in a clear, business‑friendly manner

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support, solutions engineering, ad operations, or a similar client‑facing technical role
• Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Excel, SQL, Terminal, and BigQuery (or similar)
• Experience using online advertising tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tealium) and website pixel and /conversion tracking.
• Previous experience in the advertising technology (AdTech) or social media ecosystem
• Experience working directly with Engineering, Sales and Product teams on digital advertising products
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Ability to work 5 days per week from our Dublin office
