Job summary

Talent Guardian in Dublin is recruiting a Sales Executive to cover trailers and machinery. You will own inbound enquiries, prospect new customers by phone and email, and quote builds with the technical team, balancing layout, weights and compliance.

You’ll represent the business at trade shows and develop upsell opportunities across ranges. The role combines a strong product focus with consultative selling, and offers a base salary plus commission with a clear path as the season starts in

Qualifications

Genuine interest in machines and mechanical background is important.
Technical nous to discuss specifications, not scripts.
Driven and early in your career, comfortable making cold calls.
Consultative and professional approach to purchasing.

Responsibilities

Own the inbound enquiries and follow through to order.
Prospect outbound by phone and email to target venues and operators.
Specify and quote builds with the technical team, covering layout, weights and compliance.
Upsell within the trailer range and cross-sell machinery, including rental support.
Represent the business at UK and European trade shows, including major events.
