Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Readiness Officer for New Client On-boarding in Dublin. You will lead the management of Technical Readiness and oversee new client launches, conversions, and governance across TA applications and processes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operational Readiness and IT to design, test and implement operating models, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery of client projects within the Transfer Agency Project Office framework.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of TA Applications and capabilities.
• Experience in Transfer Agency projects or fund industry projects.
• Knowledge of mutual funds and global distribution channels.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Technical Readiness playbooks for New Client Onboarding.
• Conduct Due Diligence sessions with clients to assess needs and map to TA functionality.
• Co-lead gap analysis with Operational Readiness and Operations teams.
• Oversee requirement gathering, design, SDLC documents, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain artefacts to support gap analysis of new client requirements and processes.
• Lead in client project calls and governance for technical readiness and transitions.
• Provide frequent progress/status reporting to stakeholders.
