Job summary

State Street in Dublin is seeking a Project Manager to deliver end-to-end projects for the Transfer Agency department. You will engage with external clients, lead governance discussions, and coordinate across multiple locations to align scope, milestones and outcomes.

The role emphasises strong communication, risk management and a collaborative approach with senior sponsors and stakeholders in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing projects.
• Define requirements with sponsors and stakeholders; set timeframes.
• Define scope based on sponsor and stakeholder requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigate them.
• Document throughout the life cycle with signoffs.
• Issue tracking and resolution steps.
• Track budgets and compare estimates vs actuals.
• Report project status to business units.
• Coordinate UAT and implementation planning.
• Assist with Training Program development.
• Coordinate with internal Risk and Change committees.
• Capture and share lessons learned across the product team.
