Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Operations Readiness team for new client onboarding and conversions. You will lead Model Office testing and UAT, collaborate with the Sales, Service Delivery and Client Services teams, and design scalable operating models to support growth.

The role requires deep Transfer Agency knowledge, strong analytical skills and proven project management. You will drive risk mitigation, create workshop agendas, and ensure timely delivery of onboarding

Qualifications

In-depth Transfer Agency knowledge and industry awareness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven project management skills with attention to detail.
Experience coordinating with sales, service delivery and client services.

Responsibilities

Lead and support UAT and Model Office testing for new client on-boarding and conversions.
Design and implement global operating models and handoffs between locations.
Document requirements, workflows, and run workshops with clients and internal teams.
Manage project risks and track issues with clear sign-off procedures.
Develop and maintain a New Client Onboarding playbook and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Engage with stakeholders across functions to support client onboarding projects.
