Job summary

ZeroOne is a specialist MEP Design Solutions company focused on the European Data Centre sector, headquartered in Dublin. We seek a technical project coordinator to support data centre builds across Europe, coordinating reviews, maintaining documents, and tracking costs.

You will work in a hybrid role with travel to client sites in Europe, collaborating with a small core team and external vendors, gaining mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years in project coordination, technical support, or construction/engineering projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and document management systems.
• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure (MEP systems, QS basics) is a plus.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of budget and cost control principles (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Assist in project coordination for data centre builds and upgrades.
• Schedule and track technical review meetings between client, suppliers, and AE/EoR firms.
• Maintain document control and ensure compliance with AE/EoR sign-off requirements.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and risk logs for senior management.
• Support procurement and cost tracking activities related to technical deliverables.
• Liaise with internal engineering teams and external vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Support monitoring of programme, cost and risk, escalating issues to the Technical Programme Manager as required.

Job description

Support the Lead/Senior Technical Project Manager in coordinating and executing Data Centre projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical reviews, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across the client, suppliers, and AE/EoR firms.

Location

Remote or Hybrid with travel to European client sites as required. Client locations include Dublin, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

About You

Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the European Union and be able to provide evidence of their work authorization if requested.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, Prince2 Foundation, or Lean Six Sigma (optional but advantageous).
• CIPS Level 3-4 for procurement exposure (if applicable).
