Job summary

ZeroOne seeks a driven Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data centre builds across Europe. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, AE/EoR firms, and client governance to ensure on-time, on-budget, and compliant outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and travel flexibility across Europe. The ideal candidate has a solid background in large-scale infrastructure programmes, familiarity with MEP and network systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction/PM, or related field.
• 4–8+ years in technical/program management on large-scale infrastructure (Data Centre preferred).
• Experience coordinating technical reviews with external engineering firms and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary technical reviews across MEPS, controls, networking, and structural teams.
• Ensure design packages and compliance artifacts are routed for AE/EoR endorsement and signed off.
• Maintain integrated schedules, risks, KPIs, and executive-ready status reports.
