Job summary

ZeroOne, a Dublin-headquartered MEP design specialist, is hiring a Procurement Coordinator for EU projects. The role involves remote/hybrid work with travel to client sites across Europe, including Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, and beyond.

You will support RFP processes, organize bid responses, and maintain contract templates while ensuring AE/EoR compliance. Proficiency in Excel and SAP/Oracle is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2–3 years in procurement coordination, cost control, or project support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Familiarity with construction or data centre projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Proposal (RFP) to suppliers.
• Collect and organize bid responses for review and evaluation.
• Maintain contract templates and ensure accurate documentation.
• Track change orders and update records for AE/EoR compliance.
• Support review of standard forms of construction contracts (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, JCT).
• Cost reporting and budget tracking; prepare spreadsheets and dashboards for financial analysis.
• Schedule meetings and maintain communication between client teams, suppliers, and AE/EoR firms.

Location

Remote or Hybrid with travel to European client sites as required. Locations include Dublin, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

RFP & Bid Support

• Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Proposal (RFP) to suppliers.
• Collect and organize bid responses for review and evaluation.

Contract Administration

• Maintain contract templates and ensure accurate documentation.
• Track change orders and update records for AE/EoR compliance.
• Support review of standard forms of construction contract (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, JCT) where required.

Cost Management

• Support cost reporting and budget tracking activities.
• Prepare spreadsheets and dashboards for financial analysis.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Schedule meetings and maintain communication between client teams, suppliers, and AE/EoR firms.
• Ensure timely submission of technical and financial documents.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2–3 years in procurement coordination, cost control, or project support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Familiarity with construction or data centre projects is a plus.

Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the European Union and be able to provide evidence of their work authorization if requested.

Preferred Certifications

• CIPS Level 3–4 (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
• Basic project management certification (Prince2 Foundation or PMP preferred).
• Exposure to the MRICS pathway is an advantage.
