Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) to drive the evolution of the MIND platform.

This senior role shapes investments, governs portfolio intake, and partners with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering to align with long-term architectural direction. You will influence prioritisation, translate technical concepts for executives, and drive cross-domain planning with PM-Ts to ensure reusable platform capabilities and effective governance

Qualifications

Significant experience as a Technical Product Manager or Principal PM-T in a platform context.
Deep understanding of software engineering, platform architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to evaluate, shape, and prioritise platform investments.
Lead portfolio intake activities including demand assessment, dependency analysis, and prioritisation.
Maintain and evolve the platform capability model to align with strategic tech objectives.
Identify opportunities for platform reuse, consolidation, and simplification.
Collaborate with Architects and Engineering to ensure scalable, operable platforms.
