Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) to help drive the evolution of the MIND platform. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping platform investments, governing portfolio intake, driving capability-based planning, and partnering closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering leaders.

Qualifications

Significant experience as a Technical Product Manager, Principal PM-T, or similar leadership role.
Deep understanding of software engineering, platform architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and modern product development practices.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed organisations.
Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to evaluate, shape, and prioritise product and technology investments.
Lead portfolio intake activities including demand assessment and prioritisation recommendations.
Maintain and evolve the platform capability model to align with strategy and objectives.
Drive visibility of priorities, dependencies, and roadmaps across teams.
