Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of software engineering and platform architecture.
• Experience operating across multiple engineering teams, products, or domains.
• Proven ability to drive prioritisation and investment decisions in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of platform strategy, capability modelling, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineers, architects, product leaders, and executives.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate, shape, and prioritise product and technology investments across the platform.
• Lead portfolio intake activities, including demand assessment, capability mapping, dependency analysis, and prioritisation recommendations.
• Maintain and evolve the platform capability model, ensuring new initiatives are aligned to strategic capabilities and technology objectives.
• Identify opportunities for platform reuse, consolidation, standardisation, and technical simplification.
• Work with Architects and Engineering leaders to ensure portfolio decisions support scalability and operability.
• Drive visibility and transparency of portfolio priorities, dependencies, investment decisions, and roadmaps.
