Job summary

Apleona GmbH in Dublin is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to join our team.

You will monitor KPIs, analyse data with Power BI, and produce reports for management while supporting IT and workflow improvements.

You will train engineers, coordinate teams, and drive service efficiency across the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Technical Operations Analyst to join our team in Dublin

Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00-17:00

Main duties and responsibilities

• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and service performance
• Use Power BI to analyse operational data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Produce clear, structured reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making
• Provide day-to-day IT and systems support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations
• Conduct workflow analysis, recommend data-driven improvements, and support the implementation of operational systems and digital tools
• Train and onboard engineers on systems, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance
• Schedule and coordinate engineering teams to maximise coverage, efficiency, and response times
• Manage and optimise technical workflows to improve productivity and streamline operations
• Support ongoing system improvements and process enhancements across the service function
