Job summary

Archer Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join a growing analytics function. Hybrid work with 1 day on-site in Dublin City Centre. Up to €60,000 + 10% Bonus, focusing on efficiency, resource planning and service performance through data-driven actions.

You will work with operational teams to influence decisions, improve processes and embed a stronger data-driven approach across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with PowerBI.
• Commercial experience with Snowflake and SQL.
• Experience analysing operational or business performance data.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• A practical, hands-on approach to solving business problems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of how operational performance is measured and understood.
• Own and develop operational reporting in PowerBI.
• Use data to influence decisions around demand, resourcing, efficiency and service delivery.
• Work closely with operational leaders on high-impact business challenges.
• Improve how teams plan, forecast and respond through better insight.
• Build smarter reporting and automation that makes day-to-day operations easier.
