Qualifications

• Experience leading software teams in Agile environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and React/React Native.
• Cloud experience across Azure and AWS.
• Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable design.
• Coaching and developing software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
• Remain hands-on technically while guiding the full software development life cycle.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and Engineering to plan and deliver initiatives.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, secure software solutions.
• Drive engineering standards: code quality, reviews, testing and continuous improvement.
• Support engineers with technical challenges and unblock delivery.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance management and career development.
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain consistent technical standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes and team effectiveness.
