Job summary

Ministry Brands in Galway is seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications powering our SaaS products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

You will work on RESTful APIs, backend services, and frontend touchpoints using C#/.NET, React, and related technologies. We value quality code, problem-solving, and proactive continuous improvement in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience developing .NET/C# applications.
• RESTful API design and consumption experience.
• Experience with SQL Server or similar databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with Git and modern development practices.
• React/React Native experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET/C# applications.
• Build and scale RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering to deliver software.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in reviews.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimisations.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and architecture discussions.
• Support feature delivery and platform improvements.
• Assist in deploying and monitoring applications in Azure.
