Job summary

DOCOsoft seeks a Tech Lead to guide a team delivering scalable software for the London and global insurance markets. You will oversee the full software lifecycle, shape architecture, mentor developers, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with our culture and values.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with complex projects and proven leadership.
• Experience building enterprise applications with .NET Core/C#/ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of modern tooling: CI/CD, Git, IIS, Azure/AWS, Entity Framework, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage performance of software developers, including recruitment and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to align goals, timelines and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to address development plans and issues.
• Champion modern development practices (TDD, DDD, SOLID) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Research and prototype scalable architectures aligned with the technology roadmap.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to technical standards.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement in code quality and team performance.
