Charles River Development, a FinTech arm of State Street, seeks a mid-level Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery for CRD/Alpha Platform Engineering. You will help establish delivery execution models, oversee a $50MM+ book of work, manage headcount and budgets, and collaborate with Finance on spending in a global, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering delivery in a large global org.
• Experience supporting portfolios >$20MM with governance and planning.
• Proven ability to influence decision‑making in a matrixed org.
• Strong understanding of project/program management techniques.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
