Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking a Full Stack engineer to maintain and enhance the CRPM modules within an agile scrum team. You will develop, test, and debug components and provide troubleshooting support to customer‑facing teams.

You will write unit and automation tests and collaborate with peers to deliver sustainable software solutions, following CRD agile practices and standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience building event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Angular or React.
• Relational database knowledge (RDBMS).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug large software enhancements and solutions
• Collaborate to create simple, sustainable software solutions for complex problems
• Direct problem solving for projects or major phases to resolve software issues
• Provide guidance during code reviews
• Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality product
• Engage in the agile software development process within CRD scrum ceremonies
