Job summary

Charles River Development, the FinTech division of State Street, is seeking a Full Stack engineer to develop, enhance and maintain CRPM modules within an agile SCRUM team. You will work on cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring, Angular or React, and leverage Azure, Kafka and Snowflake for scalable data-driven applications.

You will collaborate with peers, design robust software, write unit tests, and participate in code reviews while supporting customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or physics or related field required; MS preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience developing event-driven architectures; financial services a plus.
• Experience with cloud-native development using Java, Spring, Angular or React; relational databases knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test and debug large software enhancements critical to system operation.
• Collaborate with engineering to create simple, sustainable software solutions for complex problems.
• Provide guidance during code reviews and problem solve for major project phases.
• Write unit and automation tests to ensure high-quality product.
• Engage in agile SCRUM ceremonies and processes (standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Contribute to troubleshooting and support for customer teams.
