Job summary

Charles River Development, the FinTech division of State Street, seeks an AVP for Private Markets to drive and deliver on CRPM solutions. You will work with full-stack engineers within an agile scrum team to enhance and maintain multiple Private Markets modules.

The role collaborates with Product Development and Business Analysts to create sustainable software solutions for complex problems, with responsibilities spanning analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of high-performance

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field is required; MS degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in event-driven architectures and cloud-native development.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Angular or React and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to deliver software solutions.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug large-scale software improvements.
• Direct problem solving for major project phases and troubleshoot client implementations.
• Engage in agile SCRUM processes including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
