Cook Medical Incorporated in Ireland seeks a senior product manager to lead a global MedSurg product line from concept to obsolescence. You will partner with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations to shape strategy and drive execution across the life cycle.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in product management within the medical device sector, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage complex projects and launches while ensuring compliance and fiscal health.

Formación

• College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years relevant work experience, including but not limited to, product management, engineering, sales and/or marketing.
• Advanced degree (Masters or MBA or equivalent) may reduce the years of experience requirement.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects or initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent in the medical device industry.
• Models the company standards that others are expected to follow.
• Demonstrates positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving objectives.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and presentations skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to think strategically.
• Qualified candidates applying must be legally authorized to be employed in Ireland. Cook does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the strategy for assigned product line.
• Ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and projects.
• Manage the financial health of product line(s) by setting pricing thresholds, managing margins and cost improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the availability and efficiency of assigned product line(s) within the TPLC.
• Demonstrate and maintain an extensive understanding of market trends, including regulatory environment and healthcare economics.
• Develop and drive the product pipeline for assigned product line(s).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify design input requirements with strategic marketing and R&D.
• Develop and execute an annual strategy and plan for assigned product line(s).
• Lead and complete large and complex projects including launches, backorders and recalls.
• Meet all deadlines for product related responsibilities such as business planning, product forecasts.
• Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements.
• Attend meetings with customers to understand needs and gain feedback.
• Ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product specific requirements are met.
• Understand Cook policies and conduct business with integrity.
