Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery in Galway, Ireland, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager MSM and IRL to lead distributor management, pricing strategies, and market expansion across Europe. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, life sciences, engineering or related field.
• MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor management and ensure Mentor business needs are met by collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong distributor relationships and act as primary contact for distributor matters.
• Set and negotiate pricing, sales targets, yearly commercial plans, and KPIs for distributors.
