Stack & Co is working with a Dublin-based Managed Services Provider looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of business clients.
MSP TAM experience is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who already understands how an MSP operates, how technical services are delivered to clients and what it takes to manage those relationships successfully.
This is a broad client-facing position combining relationship management, technical understanding, service delivery and longer-term IT planning.
You will be responsible for:
You may currently be working as a Technical Account Manager, IT Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing position within an MSP.
This is not a general sales or SaaS Customer Success position. You need genuine experience working with business clients in an MSP environment.
Equally, you do not need to be a hands-on engineer.
You need enough technical knowledge to understand what is happening within a client environment, ask sensible questions, identify potential risks and have credible conversations with technical teams and senior client stakeholders.
If you enjoy the combination of technology, client relationships and taking ownership of the overall customer experience, this is a strong opportunity to move into an important role within a Dublin MSP.
The client is an established MSP with an excellent client base who are beginning a new strategic growth phase.
Note: There is absolutely no visa sponsorship either now or in the future for this role. You must already be legal to work in Ireland and not require future visa sponsorship.
