Job summary

Primark is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead strategic finance change programmes in Dublin on a 12-month FTC. You will onboard new initiatives across Finance, optimise processes, and champion automation and analytics to drive efficiency and value for the business.

You’ll bring an accounting qualification, strong project/change management experience, and a track record of delivering finance transformations in a retail environment. Excellent collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Accounting qualification and accounting/finance experience.
• Experience leading finance transformation/change programmes.
• Knowledge of finance systems and process design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritise multi-functional change programmes within Finance.
• Assess process changes to meet commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Primark to deliver initiatives.
• Support onboarding of strategic initiatives into all Finance areas.
• Drive standards in process design and data analytics.
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide robust advice.
