Job summary

Primark in Ireland seeks a Senior Finance Transformation Manager (18 month FTC) to lead major finance transformation initiatives across the business, ensuring delivery milestones, governance, and risks are managed while guiding a talented team.

You will work with Tax, Financial Accounting, Treasury and other functions, embed the governance framework, and influence senior leaders to drive efficiency, scalability and plc-readiness.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level +.
• Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) an advantage.
• 10+ years’ relevant experience in senior transformation, programme delivery and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance transformation initiatives across Primark with governance and risk oversight.
• Coordinate input from Finance SMEs across Tax, Financial Accounting, Treasury and Controls.
• Embed the Finance Transformation portfolio governance framework and ensure clear ownership of actions.
