• Assess maturity across architecture, agile delivery, and modern engineering to identify opportunities.
• Advise on AI adoption and its impact on IT operating models and workforce capability.
• Own delivery plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting for programs.
• Facilitate governance forums and workshops with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Mentor client and internal teams to embed new ways of working and high performance.
