Job summary

Russell Tobin Ireland (Remote) is seeking an Account Manager to lead contractual technology recruitment engagements and manage strategic client accounts.

You will build relationships with MSP partners and end clients, coordinate high-volume requisitions, and guide candidates through onboarding while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

This role offers hybrid/remote work across Europe with opportunities to advance within a global recruitment and talent advisory business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client account management, BD and contract recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Fieldglass/Beeline experience is a big plus.
• Experience supporting Fortune 500/1000 organisations is preferred.
• Ideal applicants will have a track record of success partnering with MSPs and working on high volume, fast paced client accounts.
• Fluent in English; any other European languages would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support contract recruitment process for some of the biggest brands, globally
• Build effective relationships with MSP partners and end clients to expand opportunities
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client organisations, developing relationships with key decision-makers and introducing additional recruitment and talent solutions
• Oversee candidate management, shortlist selection and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Coordinate interviews and manage high-volume requisitions
• Monitor compliance, time approvals, and assignment lifecycle
• Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Provide training and client support on VMS processes
