You will lead a Payments squad, shaping technical direction, architecture, and delivery while contributing to design and code reviews. The role balances speed with reliability and cost efficiency in a remote‑first, fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or equivalent technical leader.
• Strong hands-on capability with design, code reviews, architecture and implementation.
• Experience balancing delivery speed with quality, reliability, and cost.
• Ability to lead from the front while coaching engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery outcomes of the Payments squad and ensure reliable software.
• Set technical and architectural direction for payments to scale.
• Write design docs and review PRs, contributing to implementation.
• Lead technical problem‑solving and maintain long‑term vision.
