Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Staff Full Stack Engineer to own architecture for a sell-side engine in Ireland. The role blends backend systems design with occasional React/TypeScript frontend work and cross-team collaboration across pricing, data, and billing platforms.

You will turn manual workflows into scalable, automated products, shaping new business categories while maintaining high autonomy in an ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• Deep backend engineering and systems design experience.
• Ability to make architecture-level decisions for complex, integration-heavy systems.
• Proven track record delivering in fast-paced, startup/scale-up environments.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture-level decisions for complex, integration-heavy systems.
• Design and build foundations connecting pricing, settlement, data, and billing platforms.
• Turn ambiguous problems into practical, shippable technical plans within squad direction.
• Contribute to launching new product categories from concept to production.
• Automate and productise tendering, pricing, contracting, onboarding workflows.
• Develop risk-management tooling and deal-gating features across systems.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrations and technical outcomes.
• Contribute to backend services and frontend (React/TypeScript) when needed.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews to raise engineering standards.
