Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a talented Team Manager - WMArchitect for a 1-year FTC in Cork. You will lead the WM Architect team, oversee the manufacture of fluid path components in a cleanroom, and ensure alignment with ISO standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage attendance and performance, collaborate with Planning, Quality and Supply Chain, and champion safety and environmental responsibilities across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleanroom manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14644, ISO 9001 and cGMP concepts.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient manufacturing of WMArchitect assemblies in the cleanroom.
• Lead and develop the WM Architect team to meet the manufacturing plan.
• Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality Control/QA to ensure smooth product flow.
