Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions in Cork, Ireland, seeks a Team Manager for WMArchitect on a 12-month FTC. You will oversee the manufacture of fluid path technology components in a cleanroom setting, lead the WM Architect team, and ensure resources align with the manufacturing plan while driving continuous improvement across assembly.

You will collaborate with Planning, QA/QC and HR, manage attendance and performance, and help deliver on safety and quality goals within ISO and cGMP

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleanroom operators and manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of BS EN ISO 14644, BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience with cGMP where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the manufacture of WMArchitect components, ensuring compliance with environmental and quality standards.
• Lead the WM Architect team and manage resource availability to meet the manufacturing plan.
• Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse and Quality Control to maintain product flow and continuous improvement.
• Manage sickness absence and support HR investigations as required.
• Oversee SDT meetings and ensure clear information transfer between stakeholders.
