Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a talented Team Manager for WMArchitect on a 1-year FTC to oversee the manufacture of fluid-path components at our Cork site. You will lead the cleanroom team, ensuring ISO and cGMP standards are met, while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Quality and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleanroom or manufacturing teams.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and meet KPIs.
• Strong planning, communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the manufacturing of WMArchitect single-use fluid path assemblies daily.
• Ensure procedures align with SOPs and BS EN ISO 14644/9001 requirements.
• Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse and Quality Control to maintain product flow.
• Support succession planning and development of colleagues for growth.
• Manage sickness absence and conduct investigations with HR as needed.
• Lead daily SDT meetings and relay information among stakeholders.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement activities across the site.
• Investigate deviations or non-conformances with QA and QC and institute CAPAs.
• Maintain documentation to ensure ISO and cGMP compliance.
