Job summary

Resilience Healthcare in Ireland is seeking a Team Leader to support the Service Manager with operational leadership, staff development, quality assurance and service delivery. You’ll stay hands-on with frontline supports while guiding teams to deliver person-centred services.

The role emphasizes developing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering leadership pathways within the organisation, with a focus on HIQA standards and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 required or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Leadership experience and mentoring capability.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel as required.
• Strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
